Beef Mushroom Rolls

A savory and delicious beef and mushroom roll, inspired by Japanese gyudon, is perfect for weeknight dinners. Thinly sliced beef wrapped around enoki mushrooms, paired with a savory umami sauce made from Four Season Scallion Sauce, sugar, and dashi stock—it is as simple as that!
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Cut off the bottom of the mushroom, and separate it into 6-10 different portions.
  2. One thin slice of beef, one portion of mushroom, roll it up and rest it opening side facing down
  3. Drizzle oil in a pan, place the sliced beef on, drizzle in Four Season Scallion Sauce, sugar, and dashi. Put the lid on, and let it cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Remove the lid, turn the beef, and depending on the cut/thickness of the beef, you may need to cook another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Garnish with green onion, and enjoy!
