Hot & Sour Noodle Soup

Hot and Sour Noodle Soups - slippery noodles served in a savory, spicy, and tangy soup that is full of flavor. It brings the heat as well as the sour. Mamas Chili Oil and black vinegar are the key components to the base of the broth, making it addictively irresistible!
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Cook the kai dong noodles according to the packaged instructions. Drain, rinse, and set aside.
  2. Heat the broth to a low simmer.
  3. To a bowl, add garlic, scallions, and salt. Heat the oil until simmering and carefully pour oil into bowl. This will awake all the aromatics!
  4. Add in Four Season Scallion Sauce, Mama’s Chili Oil, black vinegar, sesame oil, and white pepper. Mix well.
  5. Pour in broth.
  6. Add in noodles and serve with toppings. Enjoy!
