Soul Warming Noodle Soup (V)

In just a quick 10 minutes, you can whip up a soul warming bowl of noodle soup inspired by the beloved Taiwanese street food,Yang Chun Noodle(陽春麵). Each delightful spoonful is like a cozy hug for your taste buds, brimming with the essence of culinary brilliance. And there is a secret ingredient that makes it truly special—our Golden Shallot Oil, which adds layers of flavorful magic, transporting you to the bustling streets of Taiwan.
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Cook the noodles as per the instructions on page 4. For QQ noodles, boil for 7 to 8 minutes for the perfect al-dente. For Hand-cut Noodles, cook for 6 to 7 minutes for the perfect al-dente chew. 
  2. In a bowl add in Golden Shallot Oil, Four Season Scallion Sauce, white pepper and powder stock. Mix well, then pour in boiling hot noodle water. 
  3. Add in the noodles and garnish with cilantro and green onion. 
  4. Optional: top with any protein of your choice! Our go-to is a fried egg.
