Cucumber Salad for the Holidays

We’ve taken a fresh cucumber salad and given it a festive twist by shaping it into a Christmas tree! Crisp, refreshing, and light, this vibrant salad is not only a delicious side dish but also a fun and creative way to add some holiday cheer to your table!

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Slice the cucumbers into ½ inch rounds and place in a large bowl with salt for 30 minutes. Rinse off the salt with water, drain, and pat dry.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together Four Season Scallion Sauce, vinegar, sugar, Mama’s Chili Oil, and sesame oil.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and mix. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy!
