Tuna Tostada paired with a Chili Oil Margarita

We are adding some heat to the fiesta with an icy cold Chili Oil Margarita and a Tuna Ceviche-inspired Tostada. It is 5o clock somewhere so sip on a spicy margarita with a kai dong twist- using Mamas Chili Oil!

INSTRUCTIONS

Chili Oil Margarita:

  1. Add tequila, Mamas Chili Oil (just the oil, no solids), lime juice, orange juice, and agave to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until all the flavors are infused together.
  2. Pour it over a cup of ice. Add a lime garnish.
    *optional ideas: salt or tajin rim and sliced jalapeños.

Tuna Tostada:

  1. To a bowl, add diced tuna, mango, red onion, and scallion. Combine it with the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  2. For the spicy chipotle aioli- mince 1 chipotle pepper and mix well with mayo, Mamas Chili Oil, lime juice, and salt.
  3. To a tostada, layer with mashed avocado, tuna ceviche, top with chipotle aioli, and enjoy!

    Cook, create, and kai dong!
