Yuzu Black Pepper Veggie Udon

Bright, zesty, and packed with veggies, this yaki udon hits all the comfort food vibes in just 15 minutes. Our Yuzu Sesame Dressing and Sizzling Black Pepper Sauce give it a refreshing citrus pop with a warm, peppery kick, making every bite bold and satisfying. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner, this udon is all about flavor, convenience, and that irresistible kai dong punch!

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Prepare the vegetables: Slice up your mushrooms, zucchini, carrots, and peppers.
  2. Sauté the Mushrooms: In a large pan or wok, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and sauté for 3–4 minutes until golden and fragrant.
  3. Add Veggies: Toss in zucchini, carrots, and peppers. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
  4. Add Noodles: Loosen udon noodles under warm water if needed, then add them straight into the pan.
  5. Make Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together Sizzling Black Pepper Sauce and Yuzu Sesame Dressing. Pour over the noodles.
  6. Combine Everything: Stir-fry on high heat for another 3–4 minutes until the noodles are evenly coated and glossy.
  7. Serve Hot: Garnish with extra cracked black pepper or sesame seeds if you like.
