Taiwanese Beef Shacha Fried Rice

Meet your new fried rice obsession—Taiwanese Beef Shacha Fried Rice! If you haven’t tried Shacha Sauce yet, you’re in for a treat. This rich, seafood-based sauce is packed with bold, aromatic flavors that will take your fried rice to the next level!

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In a small bowl, mix together Mama’s Chili Oil (optional if you want to omit the spice), Four Season Scallion Sauce, oyster sauce, shacha sauce, and black pepper.
  2. Turn the heat up to medium-high. In a pan, drizzle in Everyday Garlic Oil, add in chopped onions and frozen veggies. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add in thinly sliced beef and cook together for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Throw in the leftover rice and pour on the sauce. Cook on high heat for 2-3 minutes, until every grain of rice is coated in the sauce! Enjoy!
